Each barfi we make starts with khoya. This is the traditional slow-cooked milk. It gives barfi its unique texture. The texture is dense but creamy, rich yet balanced.

We then build on this foundation with ingredients that reflect the diversity of South Asian tastes. These include aromatic pistachios, tropical mango, dark chocolate, and saffron strands. The result is a special selection of seven handmade barfis. Each one has its own character and story. They are halal-friendly, vegetarian, and made in the UK without artificial preservatives.
